If you just copy the extracted sources over yours you will probably
rebuild everything anyway...
But that aside, the source snapshots contain the CVS directories, so
they would trash yours. :( You can either unpack them somewhere else and
then only copy the files you need over, or you can just wait until SF
comes back.
