The Visual Studio files in CVS are only updated for releases. For more
frequent updates the Windows dailybuilds recreate them and put them in
the Win-Sources downloads on the dailybuild pages.
So if you're trying to use VS with a more-recent-than-release version,
I'd recommend using the Win-Sources. And yes, that should be documented
better... :-/
Can anybody try that to make sure the SwitchMaterial problem is not in
that one, too?
