In general I recommend running one server per graphics pipe (to reduce
graphics context switching), which in your case is probably 2. You might
have to switch to "Extend my desktop to this monitor" to have both
monitors visible to one server. For this configuration you should be
able to use fullscreen.

Not for GLUT.

You could probably use a WIN32 Window instead, if you're willing to bear
the pain. That would give you full Windows-style control, of which i
don't know much but i assume you can make it do anything on Windows.
