Offers of tender will have to be sent to the address e-mail of IBS at the
latest 60 days after the sending of documents (please inform as soon as
possible in IBS mail when you send payment for Tender documents). NB: - The
Offers sent late will not be accepted; - Any Company (person or entity) apart
from CEDEAO must, simultaneously with its Offer, to formulate a request for
visa addressed to the government of Senegal via IBS which will transmit. - The
Invitations will be sent only to the candidates preselected for the visit of
the site. With the occasion of the visit, the last examination
for the final selection will have place in the presence of the
representatives of the Companies tenderers which will have wished to assist to
with it. - A history of frequent dispute or arbitration pronounced against the
