SwapBuffers is defined in gdi32.dll, but there is another Function 
wglSwapBuffers() in opengl32.dll. AFAIK SwapBuffers() calls 
wglSwapBuffers(), but I don't know, why its there in the first place.
So you could try to use the wglSwapBuffers()-Call, or link against the 
gdi32.lib Library too.
