I'd just like to mention that there are places where 0 is used to
indicate an error (e.g. FieldContainerFactory::registerGroup or
ReflexiveContainerType::addDescription). A different value has to be
used in those cases (TypeTraits<UInt32>::getMax() ?) and usages
everywhere have to be fixed.
I still think it is worth considering, but it is more work than shifting
a couple of indices.
