can someone confirm this on a different distribution? On the suse there 
is a include + lib below /usr/lib/qt3
Looks like there is no real standard? I could add some extra qtx-include 
and qtx-lib options but that's quite complicated I think creating two 
symbolic links a the right place is much easier.
