Hi

i have a problem with the direct volume rendering.
If i attach a Image with a width x height x depth bigger than 64 pixel,
i lose the image information. the result is a volume rendering with a
reduction size.

whats happend?

That depends on which system you're running it on. Some (very old) systems only support very small 3D textures and automatically scale down. Which hardware are you working on?

Hi Dirk,

my hardware are Athlon AM2 4600+ XP with a Nvidia 8800 GTX.
I think my hardware is not the problem, because the graphic card has 768 MB ram. Can it be that opensg dedect it incorrect?

To point two, the 3D texture is not scale down, it is cutting the rest of the image.

Thanks

Mario
