Hi,
I would like to know if any of you managed to get the
nice shadows of the tutorial 24 working when using
OpenSG together with VRJuggler.
The problem is that you need a ShadowViewport to get
the nice shadowing, but OpenSGApp has a
PassiveViewport. I have tried to change this variable
type, but I had some problems.
The OpenSGApp class you derive from is not compiled into VR Juggler. You
can change/copy/rename it to suit your needs. It would probably be easiest
is you copied it and made a OpenSGShadowingApp class to inherit from which
would go in your source tree. Then you can change the viewport to the one
you desire. I am not aware of any limitations you may run into though.
If any of you have a piece of code, or a new OpenSGApp
that uses ShadowViewport I will be very very grateful.
If that works for you let us know. Post a screenshot if you can ;)
