hm, libmmd.lib/dll comes from the Intel compiler, and is just a DLL version of
libm.lib, so it shouldn't really be necessary.
The unhandled exception is a very general problem (essentially it says
'something is wrong' ;), so diagnosing the problem from that is impossible. Can
you give us a stack trace?
