I have just started looking into the use of manipulators with OpenSG for
software I am writing (https://realityforge.vrsource.org/trac/vpresent). So
far, I have found the experimental manipulators code in OpenSG 1.8 and
OpenManip. Are there any others that anyone has used?

The requirements that I have are not exactly simple, and I expect that
whatever manipulator implementation I choose, I will have some work to do
before I can put the manipulators to use. In particular, I need manipulators
for OpenSG 2, so with OpenManip and the OpenSG 1.8 manipulators, I would
have to get those working with OpenSG 2. On top of that, I need Python
support, so it would actually be easier for me to use something in OpenSG
and then expose access to it through PyOpenSG. That said, I am certainly not
opposed to writing Python bindings for an external library build on OpenSG.
