Hi,

I tried the SortLastWindow (tutorial 28) too, but it did only work with 1 server, that must run on the same computer with the client. I used the dailybuild (cl.net2005) from today.
While testing, I tried all combinatons of connection types and image composers, but nothing worked.
Are there any special parameters or is it in genarel not really running?

Regards

Subject: [Opensg-users] stability of SortLast, parameters?

Hi!

I am running my speed tests this weekend. SortLast with Pipeline Composer runs stable as long as the application is running. After some

program restarts the system stops and the client must be killed. Some of the servers crashed. Most time with the message about a BinaryDataHandler. For my data I got the best speed with 3-4 servers. After that it slows down. That's okay.

Today I will go on with the BinarySwapComposer. But it seems more unstable. The application can freeze during the run. And with 9 servers

it even won't start. Is there some useful setting which should be done. What is this tile set about?

Is there anything I can set to improve the performance of SortLast?

Greetings

Marcus Rieche
