It is not, at least not in a general way. There is a version that is
optimized for striping, but I'm not sure how general it is or how easy
it is to use for other applications. Johannes?
OpenMesh also stopped direct support for OpenSG in the latest version,
so right now we don't have an easy way to use HalfEdges. :(
