by default OpenSG uses the fixed function OpenGL pipeline and therefore
uses Gouraud shading by default. There is also OSGPhongMaterial (and
testPhongMaterial to demonstrate it).
In general OpenSG uses the same defaults as OpenGL (there might be some
exceptions, but I'm not sure).
