hi dirk

while working on the gentoo ebuild for 1.8, i noticed that the scons
build does not support the creation of the docs. i would like to add
this for the 1.8 release (i do not like mixed use of autotools and scons).

i could either do the doc generation directly in the ebuild, which
would not make much sense (much work only for gentoo users) or i could
do it the 'right' way by adding a SConstruct to the ./Doc folder.

while browsing around i found the DoxygenBuilder of scons and saw your
contribution there. do you recommend using this builder for the job? i
already started to port the Doc makefiles directly to scons, but i
think, it'll get nicer with DoxygenBuilder...

cheers,
simon
