hm, I don't think anybody is maintaining the VC projects right now.
Everybody uses the scons build system directly.
All you need is SCons (http://www.scons.org/), which needs Python, and
then running scons in a shell in the OpenSG root folder should work. I
haven't tried it personally, but I know other people use Windows actively.
