I've never used the Qt Designer much myself, but according to the
description (OpenSG/Source/WindowSystem/QT4/WindowQt.dox) you need to
copy the libOSGWindowQT4.dll to a place where the designer looks for
plugins.

An alternative is to use Qt's OpenGL window and a PassiveWindow from
OpenSG. Qt's window provides the OpenGL context and the PassiveWindow
just renders into it. You need to handle resizes of the Qt window and
tell forward them to the PassiveWindow.
Hope it helps,
Carsten
