Hi All,
I'm writing the application for SoC, and I need a list of mentors. If
you're willing to mentor a student for a project, please send me your
Google account info today.
The expectation is that you would be available to the student to help
them finish their project successfully, some description is at
http://code.google.com/soc/2008/faqs.html#0.1_mentoring_orgs. You're not
supposed to do the work for them (obviously), but be there to help if
needed. Personally I'm expecting the list to cover most of the help
that's needed, the mentors are more of a backup and a required component
of the SoC application.
I need to know by tomorrow morning Pacific Time.
