Not as such. It is however possible to render OpenSG to a JWT canvas, and there's a small demo of that on the OpenSG wiki on PotentialContributions. The closest thing currently is PyOpenSG. If you're willing to take a stab at it wrapping it in java yourself, using SWIG is an option.
