You don't have the VS IDE executable? It should be on the command-line 
when runing the vsvars32.bat file (a.k.a. Visual Studio Command Prompt).

Anyway, there is a command-line option for attaching the visual studio 
debugger to a specific PID.

You need to run it with '/useenv' for it to pick up the args

But, we're running the full Visual Studio Professional version, so there 
might be differences viz. Express.
