yes, I've also added the other _Interlocked* functions although they
don't produce link errors for some reason.
Unfortunately, thanks to a spam bot having killed the trac accounts, I
can't change the wiki or commit changes to svn ATM :-/ Will do as soon
as things are back to normal.
