there was a directory missing from 
Source/System/State/CMakeLists.Lib.OSGState.txt and the code needed to 
beb regenerated from the .fcd files, fixed in r1939. Sorry about that ...

... I don't normally build with the old shader code enabled, so this did 
fly below the radar.
