hmm, this was for the input side only, the output side face a similar problem only that the rewriting is in the opposite way. Looking around a little it seems other libs just implemented there own string conversion (e.g. gnome lib). I still have to check if the boost lexical casts are of any help. Similar I have to check Marcus comment about the local locale inside the streams. But that most likely only helps for ascii output as the input path sits behind a flex scanner. kind regards gerrit ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Planet: dedicated and managed hosting, cloud storage, colocation Stay online with enterprise data centers and the best network in the business Choose flexible plans and management services without long-term contracts Personal 24x7 support from experience hosting pros just a phone call away. http://p.sf.net/sfu/theplanet-com _______________________________________________ Opensg-users mailing list Opensg-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/opensg-users
