the file you uploaded did contain some Geometry without types, i.e. I
got the warnings even when not applying any graph ops.
You can run the VerifyGeoGraphOp to test for invalid Geometries, it does
complain about model1.osb, 24 errors, all are about missing or empty
types (set OSG_LOG_LEVEL to INFO to see the messages).
