That shouldn't make a difference.

...and not before that? That is weird. Can you send us the program?

The TriangleIterator doesn't really depend on anything, as long as the geometry 
has the required data it should work just fine. And the rendering run should 
not 
change any data in the Geometry, so the fact that it makes a difference is very 
surprising.
