To be exact...on vista (with vs 2008), difference is very small for that
small file. But second round time for large file is twice as long as time of
first round. Anyway vista setup seems to have better second round. Here are
results for same osb file on both systems.
WinXP (vs 2005)
1. round - 13.552 s
2. round - 93.746 s
Vista (vs 2008)
1. round - 15.461 s
2. round - 27.248 s

I solved boost problem by updating mingw to include boost
libs/includes...(maybe will not help at end) However make keeps telling me
that I have unspecified compiles / os with lots of errors due to this...so I
gave up...it makes me too much troubles and I really don`t have idea what
can be done to fix this issue...
