no, sorry, we don't run our clusters under Windows.
One other idea is: when Windows detects a new network it usually opens a dialog 
asking if it is a "public" or "private" (or perhaps they call it
"trusted"?) network - I'm not sure what the selection affects, but maybe 
something to try if you haven't already...
