yes, though a more complete list of files/directories would be

<prefix>/bin/osg2-config          File
<prefix>/bin/fcd2code             Directory
<prefix>/lib{64}/libsOSG*         File
<prefix>/lib{64}/debug/libsOSG*   File
<prefix>/share/OpenSG             Directory

Debug libs are of course only there if you built/installed those along 
the release libraries.
