When we have the worst case, than all numbers happen :-).
Performance and memory foot print are major issues on embedded devices. You
cant compare it to any desktop environments. So the memory and performance
overhead of the library is important. It seems that we have to look deeper into
it with a test app.
What do you think how difficult a port of the library to EC7 or CE 6 could be?

I don't have experience with embedded devices, but the rendering requirements
you are listing don't sound overly high to me - unless all your worst case
numbers could happen at once ;)
AFAIK there is some support for running under OpenGL ES, but it was/is not the
primary target of OpenSG - I'm CCing Gerrit, who's been doing some work in that
area, hoping he can share his experience.

Not that I know of. There may be individuals that are available for consulting
work, though.
