From a brief glance I would either recommend option 1 or option 3, though I haven't tried them. I use option 1 (the internal cmake generator) with VisualStudio on Windows and it works quite well. The one thing I saw is that eclipse does not seem to be to happy about out of source builds (which OpenSG enforces), so one has to keep an eye on the suggestion made with respect to that part.
