The changelist is a per thread object, it is created when the Thread instance is initialized. Are you seeing cases where there is a Thread instance with no changelist?
It is not necessary for normal operation, do not worry ;-)
I shortly looked at the code for other platforms, and some use the "ThreadCommonBase::_pChangeList"
member, or am I wrong?
