Absolutely not! It has the scrollbar in the main effects tab. But i was talking about the LIST in the clip properties.ì widow. When you want to add effect from that window, it pops up a windows with a listbox control without any scrollbar but a up/down arrow that scrolls effects at a constant speed. That's really annoying.
