It would also be very useful if the default was not to have the start/end keyframes. Often a shot will have an effect that is not key framed, and then we should not have to set all the settings twice. In other words, key frames should only be used when needed.

It would be useful to allow users to add/remove their own "Keyframes" between these default/internal entries, allowing for more varied and finely-tuned effects to be achieved. This could be represented via simple "+" and "-" buttons within the "Key Frame" section of the "Layout" tab, with "-" removing the currently selected keyframe (disabled on "Start of Clip"/"End of Clip").
