Still get simliar problem in 1.3. My phone shoots in 20fps and if I export @ 25fps I it runs out of video frames and I get plain white at the end of clips.

For example, if my default profile is NTSC (i.e. 29.97 fps) and I export to PAL (i.e. 25 fps), all of the IN and OUT points are incorrect, and the entire project is messed up.
