Same happens with Openshot 1.4.0 running in Ubuntu 11.10. (exporting to MP4 [h.264+AAC])

So the file becomes 1-2 seconds shorter than the original project. Tested in v.1.3.1 and 1.4.0 Following profiles tested: Profile-Web- YouTube-HD + HD 720p 25fps medium quality and MP4 (xvid) + 768x576 medium quality OS - Gentoo Linux x86, 1.4.0 version was installed from sabayon overlay.
