Changing "speed" ignores all Layout adjustments (size for example)

Bug description:
To reproduce:
1. Put a video on a track
2. Right click -> Layout -> 1/4 size Top Left
3. Play to confirm it works
4. Right click -> Properties -> Speed tab -> Change speed to anything
but normal
5. Click Play, everything should now be distorted
