Show Encoding Time and Hide Main Window

Bug description:
It would be really cool if the encoding would show the fps and a rough
estimate of how long it will take. Maybe eventually even a pause/resume button
and a process niceness setting... :)
The encoding settings dialogue could be closed and the main window hidden
during encoding (as they're currently blocked then, anyway).
But how I love the power of ffmpeg's format support in an easy to use
video compositor. :)
