I have been trying to save a project by exporting it to MOV (MPEG4)
however the rendered video has no playback, though I have all the
necessary plugins.

I have been trying to save a project by exporting it to MOV (MPEG4)
however the rendered video has no playback, though I have all the
necessary plugins.
The first project was successfully delivered however the ones I have
been trying to do later have been experiencing issues.
Your support is requested & I appreciate your efforts in creating a
beautiful software that is easy to use :)
