Title window too high for low resolution screens

Bug description:
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 32 bit up-to-date (05-september-2012)
On laptop screen 1024x600 pixels
Title window is to high for 600 pixels screens and can't be resized.
I can't see buttons at the lower part of the window.
