Timeline shows only part of the footage when displaying 1sec detail

Bug description:
My project has approx. 12:30 minutes. When I displayed 1sec detail,
the timeline became shorter a showed 5:20 minutes only. It's not
possible to display the whole footage in this time resolution. The
lowest meaningful value is 3 sec, lower value means that the timeline
corrupts. See attached image file with time values and sliders.
