Bug description:
Some changes introduced in revno 693 broke the SHIFT+arrows seeking
feature, making it impossible to make multiple steps by keeping the
SHIFT key pressed. Attached patch is a simple adaptation of the toggle
on code to on_frmMain_key_release_event that seems to fix the problem.
