Reset timeline scrollbar when seeking to beginning of the timeline

Bug description:
When seeking to the beginning of the timeline, the canvas horizontal
scrollbar gets left in it's current position. So the preview shows the
beginning of the timeline, but the canvas still shows its old
position. It should follow the playhead.
