Currently, Openshot is incompatible with Jack. It is a goal of the
project to include JACK support at some point. But, in general, SDL
based applications (such as OpenShot) are incompatible with JACK.

if jack is sound driver openshot wont play if jack is disconected

ubuntu 12.04lts
openshot1.4.0
I'm using jack as my sound drivers and if jack is disconected openshot
doesn't function properly. With no audio driver video doesnt preview or
previews once and freezes. Must force quit to close. You'd think it would still
play just with no sound.
