I created an animated title and applied 2X, which worked great when exported to a DVD video profile. But when exporting to HD 720p, the title ran twice at normal speed. Tried a couple different encoding fomats and fps. No change.

They need a parameter to adjust the speed or length the animation plays. This might be difficult, since the animations are all built by hand, and very "frame number" driven.
