At the moment any changes you make to effects are not shown in the preview until you move the video on at least 1 frame. Is that what you are doing?

Only if you put above or below an extrem value you can see the change, but 0.01 more or less nothing happends. E.g. brightness, value 1.99 nothing, 2.0 works. Another bug is that change volume to lower than 1 produce no sound, at least in the preview. Anyway, great program, congrats!
