Feature Request: Select tools with hotkeys

Bug description:
From editing audio I know that the speed at which I can work increases
if I can switch between the various tools with the keyboard while
continuing to edit with the mouse rather than having to constantly
switch from the timeline to the toolbar with the mouse. I'd love to
have this functionality in Openshot, it'd be a great benefit to my
workflow.
