Import image Sequence via single image drag+drop fails to prompt for
sequence

Bug description:
User is trying to import image sequence using the 2 recommended modes
Method 1) Drag and image to the tree. Prompt will ask if entire folder should
be imported
Method 2) Import a single image using File Import. . Prompt will ask if
entire folder should be imported
The Problem: The prompt does not appear. Just the single image is
imported.
Openshot 1.4.3 on Kubuntu 13.04
Note: Methods 1 and 2 use an unexpected and unsual interaction, offering poor
discoverability for new users.
Suggestion. Use a standard method using a file browser.: The "Import Image
Sequence" GUI should have a file browser added to let you navigate to the
folder. From there the user can select a single file or click a "Use All"
button. The Image sequence is then clear. That would avoid the need to fix
this bug
