INitially, I was ready to mark it like duplicate but you seem not to use the good version of ffmpeg like you have some issues mainly with HD Export. Update your version of FFmpeg (and not his fork ) following this thread : http://openshotusers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1261
