Public bug reported:

My locale is set to German, but I get English bitrates like "1.25 Mb/s - VCD
Quality".
If I select one of those, I get a huge output file. I assume it is regarded as
125 Mb/s or something like that.
When I change the text to "1,25 Mb/s - VCD Quality" everything works fine.
Maybe it's just a missing translated text...

My installation:
64bit
Ubuntu 13.10
OpenShot 1.4.3 from Ubuntu
melt 0.8.8
ffmpeg version 0.8.9-6:0.8.9-0ubuntu0.13.10.1

** Affects: openshot
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
