Until it gets implemented you can edit the following two files to get
higher precision:
/usr/share/pyshared/openshot/windows/ClipProperties.py
Find the lines containing "round(" and replace 2 with the numbers of precision
wanted.
/usr/share/pyshared/openshot/windows/ui/ClipProperties.ui
Find the lines containing "name="digits">" and again replace 2 with the numbers
of precision wanted.

"Position on Timeline" field is rounded to two decimal points.

Bug description:
I need an option to precise it with 3 or more numbers after the
decimal point. All other software are working with miliseconds.
Now I can not sync different audio and video files with precision.
